A: Everyone! All ages, abilities, and experience levels are welcome. Whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned mover, we’ve got a spot for you.

A: Yes please! If you can bring your own mat (a towel is fine too) and any other essentials you’ll need for the session. Just bring yourself, comfy clothes you can move in, and a water bottle.

A: Our pricing depends on the event. Most community sessions are monthly, and we’ll share all the details in the event info. Keep an eye out on our social or website updates.

A: Absolutely! We love working with businesses, brands, sporting teams, or with events to bring a movement piece to your space. Contact us to chat about what would work best.

A: Yes – we recommend reserving your spot early to help us accommodate and plan the event.
